Founding story
Ale Retail was founded by Paweł with the ambition to build a truly international retail platform rooted in global expertise and local understanding. The company is headquartered in Mauritius, a strategic and cultural crossroads connecting Africa, the Middle East, and Asia.
Paweł has been living in Mauritius for the past three years and built Ale Retail by bringing together top retail professionals from around the world, united by a shared vision of responsible, long-term value creation.
