Headquartered on this vibrant island — a unique cultural and strategic crossroads connecting Africa, the Middle East, and Asia—the company draws continuous inspiration from the community it calls home.Over the past three years of living in Mauritius, Paweł felt a strong desire to build a meaningful business here—one that would bring genuine pride to its employees and earn the lasting trust of its customers.From the very beginning, this vision has been brought to life by a unique synergy of talent. It unites enthusiastic local professionals, who bring their extensive experience from Mauritius' world-class hospitality sector, with a team of seasoned international managers holding deep expertise across convenience retail, restaurants, and the broader HoReCa industry.Believing implicitly in the concept of "ale – modern store Mauritius," this diverse team is working hand in hand to build the business from the ground up.
